Ace Memorial

Ace memorial is a first of its kind initiative in the field of formatting documents for law students.

MEMORIAL SUBMISSION:

Read the guidelines mentioned below:-

  1. We accept the memorials for formatting 6 hours before the time of submission. You are advised to send the memorial for formatting 1 day before the submission.
  2. All the Citations in the memorial must be in the required format of citations according to the prescribed rules (oscola, bluebook etc.).
  3. Make sure your memorial is the final draft and no more changes are required to be made in the memorial after the formatting.
  4. Headings, subheadings and further sub-headings must be specified in the memorial itself.
  5. All the details that are required to be mentioned on the front page of memorial should be specified in the memorial. Otherwise, we will insert the details according to the rules of the competition.
  6. You need to send the following documents to memorialace@gmail.com
    1. Draft of the Moot Memorial
    2. Rules of the Moot Competition
    3. Contact Details
  7. we will send a mail regarding acceptance of your Draft for formatting to your mail-id within reasonable time. In the mail we will notify you whether any modification is required in Draft Memorial.
  8. We will also notify you the price for the formatting of your submission according to the prices mentioned in the services page.
  9. After receiving our confirmation mail, you need to send us the receipt of payment on the same thread of mail.

  11. We will send the time-period within which your memorial will be formatted after confirming your payment within reasonable time. (Time period shall not exceed the time of submission).
  12. After receiving the formatted memorial, do not make any change in the memorial.
  13. Send us confirmation of receipt of the memorial on the same thread of the mail, and give us feedback on our services.
  14. You can comment and mention any specific changes needed to be made in the memorial in the body of the mail.

LAW BOOKS:

Read the guidelines mentioned below:-

  1. Make sure your book is the final draft and no more changes are required to make in the book after formatting.
  2. Headings, subheadings and further sub-headings must be specified in the memorial.
  3. All the Citations in the memorial must be in the required format of citations according to the prescribed rules (oscola, bluebook etc.). We will not change the mode of citations and do the formatting on the existing method of citations in the books.
  4. All the details that are required to be mentioned on the front page of book should be specified in the book.
  5. You need to upload following documents in the attached google form.
    1. Book
    2. Any specific rules of formatting
    3. Any Identity card

  7. After filling the google form, we will send a mail regarding acceptance or rejection of submission to your mail-id filled in the google form within reasonable time. In the mail we will notify you that whether your book is accepted or rejected for formatting or any modification so required to make it eligible for formatting.
  8. We will also notify you the price for the formatting of your submission according to the prices mentioned in the services page.
  9. After receiving our confirmation mail, you need to send us the receipt of payment on the same thread of mail.

RESEARCH PAPER & PROJECT, NEGOTIATION & MEDIATION PLAN, LLM THESIS/ PG ASSIGNMENTS

  1. We accept the above mentioned documents for formatting 6 hours before the time of submission. You are advised to send the memorial for formatting 12 hours before the submission.
  2. All the Citations in the documents must be in the require format of citations according to the rules (oscola, bluebook etc.).
  3. Make sure your document is the final draft and no more changes are required to make in the documents after formatting.
  4. Headings, subheadings and further sub-headings must be specified in the documents.
  5. All the details that are required to be mentioned on the front page of document should be specified in the document.
  6. Name of the college, student details, faculty details, topic and other necessary details must be mentioned in the project/LLM thesis/ PG Assignments.
  7. You need to send the documents mentioned below to memorialace@gmail.com
    1. Project/Research paper/Negotiation Plan/ LLM thesis/ PG Assignments.
    2. Any specific rules of formatting.
